The individual and complex nature of pain requires effective ways to assess it and different pharmacological and non-drug methods to be used to manage it.
On this course you will explore the experience and impact of pain, pain mechanisms, pain assessment and decision-making, acute pain, chronic pain, total pain, persistent pain, pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
Who is this course for?
Health care assistants, registered nurse and doctors working in clinical settings.
