Who we are
Transforming end of life care is at the forefront of our minds when developing new courses. We like to use creativity and imagination to develop courses that will engage, enthuse and educate your workforce. Not only do we see this as crucial for modern professionals to learn, it also makes it a whole heap of fun too! Being part of Hospice in the Weald, our main speciality is end of life care. When we combine all of our facilitators and teachers we have hundreds of years of health care experience behind us, it is this experience that stands us apart from other training providers out there.
We are based at the main hospice site in Pembury, Tunbridge Wells, in our beautiful purpose built training centre. From here we see hundreds of professionals a year, delivering courses across a vast range of subjects, take a look at our new programme to see what we do.
We make sure we deliver the training that you need at the time you need it. Making sure the subjects are relevant to you.
When you are enthused in a subject you take it upon yourself to discover and learn more and develop a deeper understanding.
We do more than just educate. Keeping up to date with our core subjects & providing you the most up to date information.
We:Train was born in January 2013 and has since gone on to become a leading provider of training to health and care professionals around the country. Taking a customer focused approach to our work has been the main focus in the re-launch of our service. We have always delivered expert clinical training however, we:train now allows us to work much closer with our customers. We are now able to provide more training dates than ever before (more than any of our competitors) ensuring we can improve the quality of care given to more people, year on year.
We:Train is part of Hospice in the Weald

We act like a social enterprise in order to support the Hospice with the £7m it needs every year to continue its outstanding work. All profits derived through We:Train contribute directly to the charity. So if you attend one of our courses, not only are you improving your own work life, but supporting someone at the end of theirs. So, Thank You.
